"Never in my wildest imagination was I prepared for the energy level of the presentation by the tag team duo of Jason and Jabo. They completely got inside my OODA loop and stayed there. Even the typically boring first day morning admin stuff was good. I worked hard throughout the course to keep up, hanging on their every word, and the effort was most definitely worthwhile. There is a distinct but often misunderstood difference in a "procedure" and a "technique". A procedure is a "You shall ..." sort of thing. A technique is a "You can..." concept.
