II. I represent and certify that I am legally entitled to firearms ownership and/or firearms possession and that I am free of any felony convictions within the United States of America.

III. My enclosed credentials meet the requirements outlined by Ronin Combat Strategies and that I must positively identify myself as the same person certified in the application at time of course attendance.

IV. Range operations depend on careful control of firearms by each participant; therefore, I understand that my instruction may be terminated at any time during the course if my conduct is not deemed satisfactory at the sole discretion of the staff.

V. I will abide by any and all safety procedures required by Ronin Combat Strategies, and I agree to sign and understand a statement releasing Ronin Combat Strategies from liability for any and all injury that I may sustain or cause during the training program.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the course is cancelled, student will receive a full refund or payment may be applied to another course. If student cancels more than 30 days prior to the course, payment will be refunded in full. Cancellation within 30 days of the course, Ronin Combat Strategies will determine if the refund is appropriate.
